    • Exclusive Designs

Some of our products and services are available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities. Each piece is designed with care, ensuring that every bouquet feels intentional and unique.

    • Product Display

We make every effort to present our arrangements as accurately as possible. However, natural variations in each bloom and differences in monitor displays may result in slight color or texture variations.

    • Our Standards

Every bouquet undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our studio. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue products or services at any time to maintain our standards of quality and design integrity.


Returns & Refunds

Because flowers are a perishable product, we maintain a clear and fair returns policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our service.

    • Freshness Guarantee

Flowers should last between 3–7 days, depending on the variety and aftercare. Proper care is essential to extend their lifespan.

    • 24-Hour Claim Window

If your flowers perish or arrive in poor condition within 24 hours of delivery, and all care instructions have been followed, Middlemist will offer either:
A replacement arrangement, or
A full refund.

    • Verification Requirement

Clear photographs of the original flowers must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. These photos help us verify and process your claim.

    • No Claims After 24 Hours

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or redelivery under any circumstances.

    • Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
